2- 2.5" aluminum wheel spacers with nuts for the wide 5 Caddy/Chevy truck bolt pattern. "Nice" stuff if your wanting to run a 15X10 wheel and need a bit more spacing.
I am currently running a 3" spacer on a narrowed Ford rear for my everyday wheels and when race time comes I pull off the wheels/spacers and install the "Huge Meats" !
