I have decided to pull the 500 cadillac out of my 55 ford to swap in a newer style fuel injected motor with an automatic overdrive. It is a 1974 500cid cadillac I had the block boiled surfaced and new cam bearings added. The cylinder walls were perfect and the stock pistons and rods were replaced. The crank was turned 0.10. The only things done to the heads was a valve job in which a couple of valves were replaced. Stock intake with a comp. .490 lift cam. The motor has been built for approximately 6 months and had maybe 3500 miles put on it.
