HELP,

When I put in my cam, forgot specs, I lost some low end torque.
Got the roller chain from JEGS comes with a sprocket key that you can mount 3 ways.
O, 4 degr. adv and 4 degr ret.
Which way should I go?
I asked this on the old board , but forgot the answer.
Thanks guys

Advance the cam for low end torque. It will be the triangle shaped mark on the crank gear.

You're welcome! Remember to put the crank gear on the shaft using the keyway with the "pointed" top,and to use the triangle mark to line up with your top gear. The crank key will be on the lower left as you face the engine. You probably already know that, but some folks have gotten it wrong and that's no fun. :( Oh- and when the gears are aligned with the marks together, the engine is in #4 tdc firing position. Rotate it one revolution so that the marks are both at the tops of their respective gears and #1 is ready to fire and you can install the distributor.)
