Just curious if any of you guys are running ford intakes, and what kind of luck you are or aren't having with them.

I'm running a edelbrock torker2 with a 1050 dominator.
My cad is running good with that combo.

All,
Is epoxy or welding needed in the Ford intake to get a decent transition from the oval ford port to the rectangle caddy? I have a set of CNC'd plates, cast vallet cover and what I think is a "blue thunder" 2x4 intake that I may try someday on something. The stuff is all new/unused, so the plates aren't hand matched in the port area, just roughed in.
TIA
Dave

I'm running an adaptor plate, just port match everything and bolt it on.
