What is std. deck height on stock 500?

What is std. deck height on stock 500?
I wanna say 10.814"......?

Yes,10.814" is the published std deck height. Most of the blocks I have measured have been closer to 10.806" and had not been decked so I'm sure the factory tolerance was fairly loose.Makes 'em easier to zero deck if they start out a little short anyway.... :wink:

Thats interesting..most are uncut at 10.806..I would like to hear from others experience with uncut deck heights they have seen..

I have always planned on 'paper builds' for dk ht of .800 but have always expected, and read , of something around .812-.814.
