Selling my 472 with the Turbo 400. Was rebuilt by previous owner 4 years ago but has never been wired up since rebuilt. I bought the car with motor and tranny out of the car, dropped them in, couldn't afford the wiring and everything else so pulled the motor and tranny back out and parting out the car. I can get pictures tomorrow but is in good shape with the headers still attached. Needs a few minor things, has a Chevy big block alternator but I would replace, needs new belts, some minor TLC and some new fluids and this motor will be a beast again. Asking $1000 for the motor and tranny FIRM and you pickup in Sothern California. Willing to drive a little bit to meet you if need be. Email me at [email protected] if interested.

1970 engine?

No smog pump brackets and the correct pulleys for non-A.I.R.
Cannot see the choke well on the intake, but I'll bet it's rectangular(changed to round in '71 or '72)

I believe a late 69' model motor which means it could very easily be one of the 70' motors. Also the pics don't show the A/C compressor which I removed from the motor but still have the compressor as well as the factory quadrajet.
