What size is the crankshaft bolt for the front pulley on a 500?

The crankshaft threads are 9/16 - 18 ...

The factory didn't use a bolt there to hold the hub on the crank though. The hub is a press fit, and a bolt (or other tool) was only used to press it on. A cork was used to plug the hole and keep dirt out. But few of those are left by now.
