cutting a valve cover

anybody drill there own holes for oil fill or breather on no hole
aftermarket valve covers ,if so what did you cut it with.
any input appreciated.

I used a drill bit 1/2" drill bit , then opened it up with a die grinder and a carbide bit . One of your mechanic freinds probly has one you can barrow . Later . BooBoo

Try a uni-bit. They start at about a 1/4" and can go up to about 1 1/4"
