Oh wow. That is just crazy.
Just FYI and I could be wrong, but it looks like one of those Rocket engines from Lansing, MI..........LOL.
sure looks like an Olds to me....still pretty cool though

olds, caddy, I cant tell the difference, but the trans gives it away. DOnt care what motor that is, I want it! :twisted:

Yeah trans is clearly the 425. I sure would love to take that thing for a spin! Think about the 0-60 lmao

An Olds for sure, but super slick! It gives me the idea to do one using the Eldo front clip sheet metal. HHMMM

The Toro had the same drive train, but at least in 1970, it had the 455 engine. Some of the earilest ones had a 425 Olds. Although I can't see it from this angle, you can easily identify the 455 Olds by the oil filler tube that came up from the front of the engine...one of the best design feats I have ever seen.
