New Camshaft question

Next week I plan to order a Double roller timing set, I thought while I was at it I should order a cam.

If I purchase a VT10R or VT15R what length pushrods do I need?

Does the VT15R require stronger Spring and Rockers if kept under 5000 rpm? Or is it just peice of mind?
