500 vs Lexus SC400?

I'm looking into building a performaced based coupe here in NZ. I can source locally a 1uz-fe ( toyota/lexus 4L v8) or i can get a real engine sent out from the USA. My question would be:

How much does a 500cid weigh with a FWD auto tranny?
What would it's dimensions be?
and would it be substancially more powerful than the lexus engine which as 429Newton Meters of torque?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
