What cam is this?

One of my 472's that I picked up from the junkyard was rebuilt previously and looked to be in decent shape except for a rusted cylinderwall. Since it was rebuilt previously I knew nothing about the rebuild so I wasnt sure what cam was in it. I looked at the cam and saw some numbers stamped into it around by the lobes from the front of the cam to the middle here is what they are. Can anyone tell me what this means or possibly what cam this is? Here are the numbers
