i have a 425 in my jeep and it seems to be leaking oil from the rear seal
is this hard to replace???can i do it with the motor still in the jeep???

It's a 2 piece seal, so you don't have to pull the transmission.
Simple enough to replace. Drop the pan, remove the rear main cap, and loosen a few others.

Depends, can you get the pan off? In the old Cadillacs you can with a little work/ingenuity.
Not sure about other mount options, like your Jeep.
