New forged pistons

New forged pistons for our new 7.1 long bolt in connecting rods.******

2618 alloy lightweight forged pistons featuring a redesigned dish to take advantage of the Factory cadillac and MTS aluminum heads small combustion chamber.

Pistons have a 28CC CNC machined combustion chamber again redesigned to give you 10:1 depending on head gasket and combustion chamber modifications.

All the pistons have .990 x 2.93 long upgraded barstock pins standard and spirolocs included.

Pistons also have anti detonation and pressure equalization grooves standard just like the high end custom pistons.

Available in 4.32,4.35 and 4.375 diameter with 1/16-1/16 -3/16 ring package for decreased friction compared to the thicker ring packages and to take advantage of the more commonly available ring packages that general motors used in its more popular engines.
We took a long look at what the cadillac really wanted for a rod and piston combination and after having 7 inch long rods with a lightweight piston made we went even longer with the rods this time along with making a lighter piston.

For those of you that are interested in bench racing or putting together your own custom stroker combination these pistons feature a 1.555 compression height and we will offer these pistons at a competitive price when compared to a one off custom piston.

Marty, fantastic job with the rods & pistons! Unfortunately I have a relatively fresh motor now. But when I do another this is exactly what is going in it with the 4.375 pistons. Next one will have your single plane on it also and maybe your aluminum heads and definately a new roller rocker setup. youse guys r doin a great job.
